  • Active administrator access is required to adjust the Application Catalog and Bank Accounts.
  • If you use multiple clearing accounts for automated cash receipt deposits, please repeat the bank authorization step for each respective bank overview.

Grant Employee Authorization for Target Bank

ePayPolicy must be authorized on each specific bank ledger where deposit records will be settled.

1. Navigate to the Bank tab in the top navigation panel.

2. Select the specific bank account record you wish to authorize (e.g., your designated Operating account).

3. From the left-hand menu, click on Bank Overview.

4. Click the Edit Bank command located on the actions header.

5. In the setup panel, expand the Employee Authorizations section.

6. Click New to register a new authorized user.

7. Select our integration service (ePayPolicy, EPAY) from the Name dropdown selection.

NOTE: DO NOT create a new employee. The option from the Name dropdown selection should match the username and short name used when creating the application access key for the core integration.

8. Set the Access column level dropdown specifically to Full Access.

9. Apply the changes and click Save / close to complete the process.
