1. Navigate to Settings
2. In the "Quoting & Account Management" section, select State Settings
3. Log in to each state in which the finance company operates
4. Within each state, the finance company must configure the appropriate fees for each account type (commercial and/or personal)
The fields requiring updates, where fees should be configured, are:
- Other Fee for Credit Card ($)
- Other Fee for eChecks/ACH ($)
- Other Fee for Recurring Credit card ($)
- Other Fee for Recurring eChecks/ACH ($)

5. Ensure that fee configuration is performed separately for each state and at each account level (personal and/or commercial) with which they conduct business
