AutoPay Export (Summary Export)

This report serves as an exhaustive master list of your entire automated billing enrollment base. It details all active and cancelled AutoPay schedules, making it your primary tool for tracking sign-up volumes during specific dates, auditing customer retention, or calculating internal customer service representative (CSR) sales commissions, when applicable.

The summary export can be isolated to a single customer profile via your dashboard's right-side menu, or generated globally across all accounts using your left-side main menu. The export provides granular data separated into explicit spreadsheet columns:

Column Header

Data Description Provided

AutoPay Id

The unique system reference number assigned to the specific automated schedule.

Account Name

The designated dashboard sub-account name, allowing multi-account organizations to filter data perfectly.

Payer Name & Email

The primary name and digital contact email address of the enrolled insured.

Status

The real-time operational state of the schedule (e.g., Active or Cancelled).

Create Date / Cancel Date

Precise timestamps indicating exactly when the AutoPay was initiated or officially deactivated.

Last Transaction Date & Id

Displays the calendar date and specific transaction tracking ID of the most recent successful payment.

Last Attempt Date & Message

Notes the date the system last attempted to process this schedule, including precise system error messages if the run failed.

AutoPay Facilitator

Identifies the team member responsible if the schedule was established via a Customer Service Representative (CSR) payment page (visible when the CSR feature is active).

Custom Fields

Displays specific parameters such as Account Numbers, Zip Codes, or Policy Numbers. Each unique field populates its own column for simple sorting.

AutoPay Run History Report

For day-to-day transaction monitoring, this report houses detailed logs for all automated billing execution attempts over the last 60 calendar days. It details both successful clearances and failed execution runs, acting as your primary diagnostic tool for billing discrepancies.

Like the summary export, the run history report can filter down to a single account via the right-side contextual menu or run globally for all authorized accounts via the left-side main menu. The report contains the following tracking columns:
