MFA, or Multi-Factor Authentication, is a security measure that requires users to provide two or more authentication factors to access a system or application.

MFA is crucial for enhancing security because it adds an extra layer of protection beyond just a password.

When you login to your ePayPolicy dashboard at https://app.epaypolicy.com/, you will be redirected to your My Profile page to register for MFA.

How to Setup MFA Authentication Application

Before you get started, download a MFA Authenticator Application on your mobile device.

These are the most common authenticator applications used by our clients. (Click the + icon next to the application you would like to learn more about.)
