How to update or change your banking information for your ePayPolicy account

If you’d like to update/change your banking information, or to have deposits/debits assigned to different accounts, please contact our Support team by phone.  


Our team can be reached Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM CST at 844-372-9300, Option 2 for support.  


We do not complete bank updates via email or chat.


Keep in Mind 

The person requesting the change must be a user with ‘Manage account and users’ permission in the ePayPolicy dashboard.
