How to Cancel an AutoPay Cycle

AutoPay cycles can be canceled by the agency or the payer. 

Payer Instructions

For a payer to cancel AutoPay, they can:

  1. Visit the agency's payment page 

  2. Click "Sign In" 

  3. Enter their login credentials

  4. Once logged in, the payment page will return the payer to the "Make a Payment" screen 

  5. Select "Scheduled Payments"

  6. The payer's AutoPay cycles will be displayed with a "Cancel" option next to each one


Agency Instructions

For an agency staff member to cancel AutoPay, they can:

  1. Login to their ePayPolicy dashboard at https://app.epaypolicy.com/

  2. Navigate to the Scheduled tab on the right side menu of the dashboard 

  3. Select the AutoPay cycle 

  4. Click "Cancel"


Note

Dashboard users must have the "Void and Refund Transactions" permission to be able to cancel AutoPay cycles.
