How to Cancel an AutoPay Cycle in the ePayPolicy Dashboard

For an agency staff member to cancel AutoPay, they can:

  1. Login to their ePayPolicy dashboard at https://app.epaypolicy.com/

  2. Navigate to the AutoPay tab on the right side menu of the dashboard 


  1. Select the AutoPay cycle 




  1. Click Cancel





Note

Dashboard users must have the "Can Manage Scheduled Payments" permission to be able to cancel AutoPay cycles.
