Sign In with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Signing in with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is quick and simple.

Once you have successfully registered for MFA, each time you login you will complete the following steps.

How to Sign In with MFA

1. Log into the ePay Dashboard at https://app.epaypolicy.com/

2. Select the Authentication method

Keep in Mind

If you have more than one authentication method, you will see both options.

3. Retrieve the Authentication Code from your MFA Authenticator Application or text message

4. Enter the Authentication Code and click Verify

5. Access your ePayPolicy Dashboard
